My connection to Dolls for Daughters: I met Jessica when I first moved to Colorado 7 years ago.  It was obvious to me from the beginning that Jessica is such an amazing person – this is evident in how she successfully manages her commitment to family and community, her work and her personal goals.  Given her strength, it was very difficult for me to comprehend the magnitude of her loss when Kenzi had died, and it was even more difficult to witness my friend’s grief.  Dolls for Daughters is an inspiration, and it is a tribute to the strength that lies within all mothers – the strength to live, remember and cherish the things that truly matter.  Continue reading Heather Nehls – Board of Directors Secretary
