Ladies it is time to get out with your girlfriends. On Friday March 26, 2010 enjoy a great meal at Wystone’s World Teas at the Dolls for Daughters Benefit Brew. This evening will begin at 5pm and end at 9pm. Wystone’s World Teas will donate a portion of the proceeds from all food and beverages purchased to Dolls for Daughters.
While you are there meet local jewelry artist, Karii Levy, who designed the Kenzi piece we have on our donate page. Karri will have on hand a ton of her handcrafted pieces from Circle of Friends Jewelry and Gems. Visit her website to get an idea of what she has designed. Karii also has one of a kind pieces she will bring.
This Benefit Brew will also feature the works of local handbag designers Traci Tisserat and Shawna Sambrano. These two are the founders of TraSh Bagz, fabulous, eco-friendly, and one of a kind handbags. TraSh Bagz will donate 10% of their sales from the evening to Dolls for Daughters. Z Cares is the charitable arm of Z Club Colorado. Z Cares assists are participating charities in a number of ways:
Event Hosting: Z Cares utilizes our participating venues and sponsors to help host charitable events. This greatly reduces the economic risk to our participating charities as well as offering them various, fun events to offer to their donors and volunteers. We often will invite other participating charities to these events which will help increase the turn out of each event.
Fundraising: Z Cares helps our participating charities raise contributions in several ways..
1. Z Cares contributes the entire 1st months dues (Less Paypal and credit card charges.) of all new members who to the charity selected. Z Cares also contributes $2 each month to the charity as long as the member retains their membership.
2. Additional contribution: Members can match Z Clubs donation, or contribute any additional denomination they choose while they receive a tax deduction.
